Pop-Up Potcorn With Brown Butter, Sage, and Toasted Garlic

This Potcorn recipe is a simple, yet delicious way to start off your movie night or dinner party with friends.

The best part is that you can try different flavor combinations. Shaved truffles, Parmesan, or a pinch of chili flake would not be unwelcome here, if you’re into that sort of thing. You can also substitute olive oil for the butter and make it vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Pop-up Potcorn, THC or CBD
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
  • 20 sage leaves
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Pop your Potcorn and place in a bowl.

Melt butter in a small pan. Once it bubbles, add sliced garlic. Cook over medium heat until garlic turns golden-brown and the milk solids in the butter start to turn brown and smell nutty. Add sage leaves, and toss around to lightly fry. Remove from heat.

Drizzle evenly over your popped Potcorn (you may reserve any extra butter to drizzle on your eggs or pasta). Season with flaky sea salt to taste, and curl up with something good on Netflix.
